🚀 About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and execution-driven B2B Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to help D2CWolf build and manage its outbound sales pipeline.

You will be responsible for identifying potential D2C/eCommerce brands, reaching out to decision-makers, qualifying leads, and scheduling discovery calls for the sales team.

This is a high-ownership role directly contributing to the agency's growth and revenue.

🔥 Key Responsibilities
Lead Research & Prospecting
  • Identify high-potential D2C/eCommerce brands through LinkedIn, Meta Ad Library, Apollo, Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Research founders, CMOs, growth heads, and marketing decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain a qualified lead database/CRM.
Outbound Outreach
  • Execute cold outreach via Email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
  • Personalize messaging based on brand category, growth stage, and current marketing efforts.
  • Follow structured outreach and follow-up sequences.
Lead Qualification
  • Understand brand requirements, marketing challenges, and growth goals.
  • Qualify prospects based on ad spends, revenue scale, outsourcing readiness, and brand fit.
Meeting Scheduling
  • Schedule discovery calls with qualified prospects.
  • Coordinate calendars and share prospect context with internal teams before meetings.
CRM & Pipeline Management
  • Update lead status, conversations, and follow-ups inside CRM tools.
  • Maintain organized pipeline tracking and reporting.
Market Research
  • Stay updated with D2C trends, eCommerce brands, competitor agencies, and the performance marketing ecosystem.
  • Share insights to improve targeting and outreach strategies.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years experience in lead generation, outbound sales, business development, or inside sales.
  • Strong communication and outreach writing skills.
  • Experience using tools like Apollo, Smartlead, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
  • Basic understanding of D2C brands, performance marketing, and Meta/Google Ads ecosystem (preferred).
